We are not sure you mean offer apartments for rental, or to rent apartments.

But I will assume you mean rent apartments out as an owner.

The answer is yes.

But you do need to contact the juristic office in the condo and see what regulations they have as to how you can rent out your apartment. Because those change from condo to condo.
